Get out on the dance floor with the euro-trance group Groove Coverage and show your own moves and grooves to the hip electronica beats. They represent an energetic and upbeat style of music that is celebrated in disco-clubs and dance halls around the world. They emerged from Germany with a sizable series of crossover chart-topping smash hits and subsequently took the music world by storm. A couple memorable hits for the duo were "Hit Me" and "Are U Ready." Both singles were the lead-ins for their most popular hit, "Moonlight Shadow," which ultimately broke them into the mainstream genre and they earned their first German Top Ten hit on the charts.

The group was founded by DJ Novus and producer Axel Konrad, and the team recruited vocalist Mell, who helped propel Groove Coverage to the top of the charts. She left shortly after she became pregnant, and in her place, vocalist Verena stepped into to fill the void. The band's second Top Ten hit arrived with the song "God Is a Girl." All of this came before the group released their first full-length album. It finally arrived on the shelves in 2002 and was called Covergirl. The release of the record caught the attention of fans from across Europe, with songs like "Moonlight Shadow," "God Is a Girl" and "Little June."

Groove Coverage continued on with their successes with 2004 with the record 7 Years and 50 Days. One of the most popular songs on the album was a cover of Alice Cooper's "Poison." Other songs that struck a chord with listeners were "She" and "Runaway." The band continued on their quest to success by continuing to release records, and their most recent effort arrived in 2006 with the release of 21st Century Digital Girl. The album once again pointed to their confident and celebratory sound and style.
