Jordan Pruitt is a bona fide Georgia Peach who recorded her debut album, No Ordinary Girl, when she was just 15-years-old and returned with Permission to Fly two years later.

The Loganville, Georgia native (who currently calls Tennessee home) started singing when she was four years old, eventually performing in front of large crowds in local venues before recording her demo in a Nashville studio and inking a deal with Hollywood Records. Prior to the February 2007 release of her Hollywood Records debut album, No Ordinary Girl, Pruitt's single "Outside Looking In" gained recognition from her MySpace page and was featured in The Disney Channel movie Read It and Weep. The Disney connection flourished in 2006 and 2007, with four of Pruitt's videos playing on the network and a subsequent tour opening for the Cheetah Girls and Vanessa Hudgens of High School Musical fame. After opening for Disney's sold-out 40 city American tour High School Musical- The Concert Pruitt also took the stage with Plain White Tees, the Jonas Brothers, Drake Bell and others.

Jordan Pruitt's lead single from Permission to Fly is "One Love," which has received heavy airplay on Disney and the young starlet embarked on a 36 city U.S. Gymnastics Superstars/Disney Pop Stars Tour in the fall of 2008. As a role model for young girls, Pruitt recently formed Jordan Pruitt Enterprises, LLC as a way to help young emerging talents; her first client is 11-year-old country/pop singer Jesse Kirk who opened for Pruitt on her summer tour. Permission to Fly features some of the top producers and songwriters in the business, such as Shelly Peiken (Keith Urban, Christina Aguilera), Tim James & Antonia Armato (Miley Cyrus, Vanessa Hudgens, Aly & AJ) and Arnthor Birgisson (Celine Dion, Enrique Iglesias), not that she needs any help on her unwavering ascent to stardom!
