With albums like Nude Tempo One and a recording contract with label Naked Music, downbeat electronic act Miguel Migs must be enamored with the human body form. Wrapping his talent up in Naked Music, Migs has built up his repertoire of classy chilled jazz/house music, earning spots on the electronic and dance/club charts for numerous hit albums and singles.

Migs was born Miguel Steward in the hippie-treading town of Santa Cruz, California. His musical talent emerged when he took up the guitar, playing in a local reggae band with the name Zion Sounds. Eventually, the gig led Migs into doing some of his own producing, thereafter mixing and releasing his own record Mercury Lounge EP on La Casa in 1998. Shaking up sets on the West Coast, Migs caught the eye of DJs at hip clubs, centering on his style of mellow house tracks as loungy favorites.
