"Enur was formed in Copenhagen, Germany in 1995 by brothers Rune Reilly Kolsch and Johannes Trope. Since their smash hit ""Calabria"" has hit dance floors around the world, the brothers released the album Enur The Album in 2008.Kolsch was an established DJ and producer when he organized Enur, yet another anonymous project that he and his brother could be a part of, which has consisted of several different groups in various genres and pseudonyms (including Heavy Rock, Ink & Needle and Rude RKade). After Kolsch was tired of working with German rappers, he switched his focus toward the electronic music scene and found that success in this own Reggaelectronic genre was the right choice. Later, Kolsch gathered his brother to develop Artificial Funk, a group who saw commercial success with the number one UK dance chart single ""Together.""The brothers continued to work with Artificial Funk as the next three years saw more success for the group. In 2003 the duo started Enur, yet another electronically based collection that created the single ""Calabria."" The completely instrumental song was a smash hit in Ibiza and led them to a recording contract with Credence/Parlophone Records. It eventually sold over two million copies. Enur/Artificial Funk continued to work, and in 2006 decided to remix their ""Calabria"" hit, adding Afro-Danish dancehall reggae singer Natasja Saad. The single was released in the United States under Ultra Records and topped the charts across the globe. Unfortunately, Saad was killed in a car crash before the celebration started for the worldwide hit. Enur started to combine their passion for reggae, funk, soul and R&B with their familiar electronic sounds to create their 10-track disk, Enur The Album, released in 2008 under Ultra."
