"A little rough around the edges but still exhibiting a smooth tone, Jagged Edge is a male vocal quartet that first formed in Atlanta, Georgia. Identical twin brothers Brandon and Brian Casey along with Kyle Norman and Richard Wingo perform easy-listening R&B, alluding to times past when similar soft, swaggering sounds filled smokey night clubs. The group released their first debut single called ""The Way That You Talk"" in 1997, and it reached the Top 40 of the R&B charts and also was recognized as a pop chart entry. In early 1998, Jagged Edge released their first full length album called A Jagged Era, which helped to introduced the world to the emerging R&B group that was hoping to make a significant mark on the popular music genre. The record featured the hits ""I Gotta Be"" and ""The Way That You Walk."" The former track reached the impressive mark of number 11 on the R&B charts.Jagged Edge continued their excellence in music making with the record J.E. Heartbreak which dropped in 2000. The album proved to be their mainstream breakthrough and featured several prominent singles that included ""He Can't Love You"" and ""Let's Get Married."" For fans and critics, this was the proof that Jagged Edge was a talented band in the music industry, and they definitely seemed to deliver more with their insightful rhythm and blues lyrics and a certain swagger that went along with the melodies.Jagged Edge continued on their path to success with the albums Jagged Little Thrill and Hard. Both were highly successful records, spawning several hits including ""Where the Party At"" and ""Walked Outta Heaven."" Their fifth album, called Jagged Edge, was released in May 2006, and it went gold thanks to the popularity of one of its singles called ""Good Luck Charm."" Obviously, the band has enjoyed plenty of luck thanks to a lot of hard work as they have earned their spots on the music charts!"
