"Marques Houston is a triple-threat. The singer/ producer/actor is known equally for his R&B career, acting roles and production talents. When he was just ten-years-old, Marques Houston first achieved R&B fame as part of the R&B outfit Immature (which later changed their name to IMX) in 1990. Marques branched out solo after releasing several successful albums with the group in 2003. His solo debut issued on Interscope, MH, featured collaborations with R. Kelly and Jermaine Dupri in a combination of R&B ballads and party tracks. ""Clubbin'"" and ""Pop That Booty"" were two standout party tracks that earned spots on Billboard's Hot 100 and the slower ""All Because of You"" scored the number 14 spot on Billboard's Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Singles & Tracks chart. Two years later Marques released his sophomore solo effort, Naked; the album's title track made the R&B charts and in 2007 Marques released his third solo album, the aptly titled Veteran. Veteran soared to the number one spot on Billboard's Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums and also ranked at number five on the Billboard 200 chart. His official website confirmed that he will release his fourth solo album in late 2008; the album is slated to be titled Mr. Houston. Marques is a member of Platinum Status and has lent his production talents to tracks for the likes of B2K, Destiny's Child and other established R&B artists; he also appeared on 50 Cent's ""Candy Shop"" remix. As for his acting roles, Marques is best known for his role as Roger Evans (the pesky next door neighbor of sisters Tia and Tamera) on the ‘90s sitcom Sister, Sister but also appeared on the big screen in comedies like 2004's Fat Albert.
