"The Bloodhound Gang is a punk rock hip-hop group that had their start in 1992, when a group of suburban white guys began trolling the music scene for a gig. They spent some weekend nights rocking out in a room at Jared ""Evil"" Hasselhoff's house until the first floor went crashing to the basement. Hailing from King of Prussia, Pensylvania (yes that actually is a real place) the group created their mix of hip-hop and punk, adding in a heavy serving of sexual innuendo and politically incorrect stoner wit, that eventually got them into some serious trouble, resulting in a lawsuit. The band is made up of Jimmy Pop Ali the group's producer, Q-ball the rapper, and rockers Evil Jared, Lupus and Spanky G. The group was on their way up with their album Use Your Fingers which they released in 1996, featuring the popular singe ""Rip Taylor is God."" The next album was One Fierce Beer Coaster Which peaked at number two on Heatseekers and number 57 on The Billboard 200. The group's creepy lyrics and sophomore humor, is something that appeals to a younger crowd of teenage boys.Hooray for Boobies followed Use Your Fingers with an equally obnoxious set of lyrics. The album is full of dirty jokes and crude humor. This is a great album to listen to if you are in the mood to shock your parents. The Group's most recent album is Hefty Fine which was released on September 27, 2005 and featured a large, naked obese man on the cover. The album started the decline of the group's persona of the constant teenagers...at some point they had to grow up and as there has not been an album from them since Hefty, maybe they're ready to do just that."
