"Ironically, The Infadels are the finest British rock/electronica band that almost didn't happen. The band members are Bnann on vocals, Matthew Clyma Gooderson on guitars, Wag Marshall-Page on bass, Richie Vernon on keyboards and Alex Bruford on drums. They first came together in 2003 and started working on music. After creating some songs that they found to be decent, they hatched a plan. Put out one release and then break up. They tried this approach, and the song ""Leave Your Body"" came out. Like planned, the band members then went their separate ways. The song, however, was a success and got them nominated for a Diesel-U-Music award for Best Electronic Act.With a fan base already in place, the band decided to get back together. They signed a deal with Wall of Sound and started working on their debut album. It took a little longer than expected, so Wall of Sound enlisted to help of producer Jagz Kooner. The pairing worked wonders, and they released We Are Not the Infadels in 2006. The album was a success and launched a worldwide tour for the band. After the tour, the band came back to find that they had been swindled out of a large amount of money and had a massive tax bill due.The band pushed on despite the hardship and began working on their sophomore album. The album was full of lyrics about their struggles after coming back from the tour and showed a maturity in the band. Universe in Reverse came out in 2008 and was again accepted with open arms by fans and critics. The Infadels followed up the release with extensive tours of Russia and Europe in the fall of 2008. The theme for the show is circus and brings to stage an extreme amount of energy and color."
